“ Stopped by when visiting the area, never been here or even to Ipava ever before. Lady at the antique store down the street recommended the place. Pleasantly surprised such a small town had such a great place to eat and drink. I and my traveling companion were wowed by the excellent server (she was the best) and the delicious, hearty made-from-scratch pizza....the entire experience was such a great one. Hope to get back there again....too bad I live five hours away. ”

It is busy, because locals and area residents know the secret, so be prepared to wait (it is worth it!). Food prices are reasonable, service is friendly and efficient. Local dishes are prepared from scratch. I had a hand breaded pork tenderloin - big enough to frighten little children with - better than in any place I have visited. ”
